These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ReviewsGauge website and services. By using our services you agree to these terms. The ReviewsGauge name and marks are the property of ReviewsGauge ([to be confirmed] for the full registered entity name and address).

Using our services

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform. To register you must be at least 18 years old (or legally emancipated). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend access or modify the service where reasonably necessary.

Free trials

We may offer trial periods. A trial may end at our discretion or when you purchase a paid plan, and the same terms apply during a trial.

Fees & payment

Paid plans are billed by the stated due date. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination. We may amend fees with reasonable advance notice, and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your content

You represent that any content you upload complies with applicable privacy and data-protection laws (including the GDPR). Where you provide third-party personal data, you confirm you have the necessary consents. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it to provide the service. We may use anonymised or aggregated data to operate, analyse and improve our services, including AI/model improvement.

Acceptable use

You must not use the platform in any way that breaches applicable local or international law, for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to transmit malware, to gain unauthorised access, or to copy or resell the service. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse of our users or staff. You must not use ReviewsGauge to fake, incentivise, filter or gate reviews.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the platform belongs to ReviewsGauge. Except for the licence to your own content described above, nothing in these terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

Warranties & disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including uninterrupted or error-free operation, virus-free status, and fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for the hardware, connectivity and browser needed to access the service.

Third-party services

The platform integrates third-party services (for example review platforms, Stripe, and analytics) which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or data practices of third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, or loss or corruption of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewsGauge harmless from claims arising out of your acts, defaults or omissions, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law & disputes

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms; you may not without our written consent. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, following a 60-day good-faith resolution period. Changes

These Terms were last updated on 1 July 2026. We may update them from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them.
